My Take On the President’s Jobs Speech

President Faces Bleak
Economy as he Takes the Stage For Joint Session of Congress…

our country in 14 trillion dollars in debt and a lot more debt in unmentioned
liabilities, along with 14 million Americans out of work, this definitely
proves to be a hard season for the president to give a speech at this time.

The speech itself was relatively short, and the plan,
despite my skepticism, looks promising. Pay attention to that keyword, however,
looks promising. I am still uncertain where this money is coming from, but the
fact of the matter is is that the economy needs something at this point to get
it started again. It is not yet independent and self-sufficient. New tax
credits for small businesses, hiring teachers and improving infrastructure is
something that has been talked about for a long time, so let’s see how far that

This is
my take on the president’s speech. Relatively short, but I feel there is
nothing to say until we see some action and some results.
